Yes, you are right. It's Malaysia. There are878 islands in Malaysia. This country is known for its stunning sights and attractions. We are going to explore its astounding natural beauty that magnetizes vacationers/ tourists or visitors attraction. It's a country of exclusive culture and tradition. It's one of the best places on the globe with delicious cuisine and hospitable people. Kuala Lumpur is its capital with charming iconic Petronas Twin Towers.  Malaysia has many offshore geographical places. There would be around 510 which include ridges, sandbank and rocks. It's a multicultural state with many festivals and celebrations. Tour to Malaysia, is really a unique and pleasant experience. There're lots of choices to stay in Malaysia, so it's tough to decide where to stay? Mid-range hotels and 5 stars hotels with Chinese, Indian or Malaysian traditional cuisine and cozy rooms are easily available for vacationers/visitors anywhere in cities. Bagaimanapun, pasaran yang dimaksudkan bukanlah pasaran Malaysia. Ia samalah seperti MAGGIE MEE berperisa babi yang boleh didapati di pasaran Singapura, Indonesia, Thailand dan Filipina dengan mudahnya. Bulan Ramadhan yang sudah tidak beberapa hari sahaja lagi, akan menjadi pesta makan-makanan dan memenuhkan perut selain memenuhi pelbagai selera serta nafsu berbanding bulan-bulan yang lain. Pada bulan inilah, kebanyakan umat Islam, terutama sekali di Malaysia akan mudah terliur dengan pelbagai jenis makanan. Malah otak mereka cukup kreatif untuk menghasilkan makanan yang dikatakan hanya muncul pada bulan Ramadhan dan tidak pada bulan-bulan yang lain. Justeru, kuib perasa BABI keluaran KNORR besar kemungkinan akan berada di pasaran bagi membolehkan umat Islam 'menyediakan' makanan baru yang boleh membuka selera, atau untuk memenuhi permintaan penafsu-penafsu besar. Dan seperti biasa juga, menjelang bulan Ramadhan, kuasa pasaran yang mengetahui kuasa beli umat Islam yang besar, sudah pun bersedia untuk mengaut keuntungan besar-besaran kesan daripada letusan hawa nafsu dan nafsu makan pelik umat Islam di Malaysia. Untuk itu, harga makanan dan perkhidmatan telah dinaikkan sama ada disedari atau tidak. Walaupun pihak berkuasa khususnya KPDNKK mungkin sudah pun maklum dengan keadaan ini, tetapi oleh kerana tiada suara yang kedengaran terutama dari golongan pengguna, maka KPDNKK pun memilih untuk berdiam diri dan kalaupun melakukan pemantauan serta penguatkuasaan, ia hanyalah dilakukan secara sambil lewa atau untuk lakonan agar tidak dibelasah kerana gagal berfungsi! Kepala penguatkuasa KPDNKK yang seringkali tenggelam punca atau BODOH BEBAL apabila kenaikan harga berlaku, jengok-jengoklah TESCO, GIANT dan sebagainya yang sekarang ini sudah pun memulakan kempen MENAIKKAN HARGA BARANGAN dengan sewenang-wenangnya, di sebaliknya pelbagai promosi menipu yang 'dibenarkan oleh undang-undang'.

bak kut teh, <b>makanan tradisional</b> - Blog Makanan di <b>Selangor</b> Posted: 21 May 2014 12:15 AM PDT as salam,  sedang aku menunggu si anak dara menghabiskan aktiviti kolaj dia masa perasmian PPAS ritu..... aku bacalah buku2 yang ada kat library tu kan, sambil tambah ilmu pengetahuan am..... so, aku tertariklah dengan satu buku ni..... pasal negeri Selangor, maklum, dah jadi penduduk sini kenalah ambil tau pasal negeri ni kan..... hehe  buku Selangor ada sejarah, nama2 pemerintah, senarai daerah, pakaian tradisi, kaum dan paling aku tertarik adalah pasal makanan tradisional dia..... ye lah, mana tau kan, lepas ni aku diletakkan di bawah ajk demo masak pulak kan, so adalah info yang aku boleh share..... haha so, dalam buku ni, info pasal makanan tradisional negeri Selangor yang aku dapat adalah..... v v v v v v v v v v  Bak Kut Teh adalah makanan tradisional negeri Selangor ooooo baru aku tau..... selain dari tu, ada la jugak Rojak Klang, Sate, Cendol, Mi Jawa..... tetiba teringat sate kat stadium Selayang..... dah tinggal 4 cucuk baru ingat nak snap pic..... betapa sedapnya sate tu kan..... Aisha pon makan banyak sate tu..... char kuew tiow kat situ pon sedap hingga menjilat sudu..... nak pi lagi ke situ, tapi belum kesempatan pulak..... k, sekian

Salam, Yeah guys, finally have the time to update this blog. Okay this time I want to blog about one good Halal Seafood Restaurant in Selangor. Okay2, I know it was too overated for me to described this Restaurant as "Terbaik (The Best) di Selangor". I believed there are more good Restaurant out there, but this restaurant did impress me not only with their food, but something else. I will tell more below~ By the way, I hope this post also will gives some idea/choices to my twitter friend Pojiepooh on good Seafood Restaurant in Selangor. ^_^ Ok, lets go straight forward to the review. So why did I say this restaurant is unique? First, of course the food is Gooddd. But what is best about this restaurant is the location. It is located at the beach of Pantai Jeram in Kuala Selangor. And there are platform that extended to the sea where we can have our meals on it. It's cool right?! Hehe. Unfortunately the beach is quite muddy so we cannot have a walk on it. =( See the sea view~ Beautiful right? hehe Anyway nothing to say anymore, let me just summarize my conclusion for this restaurant~Food pictures are served after the break. ^_^ My Verdict: Food: To me, it's Damn Good!!~ I see, because it was quite hard to find good Halal and Cheap seafood restaurant around Selangor area. So, what is our menu for that nite? ~Chilli Crab/ Ketam Bercili – The best yo!! But I don't get much as people are fighting for this, so I gave up,haha. ~Grilled Fish (Ikan Bakar) – Ray Fish/ Ikan Pari. Best, eat with air asam, fuhhh~ ~Asam Fish/ Ikan Masak Asam – Not really like this type of dishes, huhu. ~Grilled Cockle/ Kerang Bakar – Like! but yet, it's normal and easy to find around Selangor. ~Tempura Squid/ Sotong Tempura – as above. ~Butter Fried Prawn/ Udang Goreng Butter– Not sure whether this was different with normal Fried Prawn, huhu. Environment: As been said before, I love the environment here. The view is nice and the restaurant is also clean and neat. They have quite a big Surau here also. As we came here at evening so we have to perform Solat here first because after that we are going to watch fireflies at Kampung Kuantan. Yeayy!! Price: Very affordable. Our order which is for like 15 peoples price is below RM300 only, so it will be like RM20 per pax. Quite affordable for the variant of dishes we take. Restaurant Details: Located at Pantai Jeram, Kuala Selangor, Selangor Darul Ehsan. Opening Hours: 4.00 pm to 12.00am, Closed on Monday once every two weeks. If you are planning to come here in weekends, must make reservation first by calling. Tel. These are some pictures of Fireflies I managed to take: If you see carefully to this image you may see some small light in there, sorry I don't have high end equipment so that's all I can take. The situation there before we going deep to the darkness to see the fireflies. The boat fees are RM10 per boat which can be ride by 4 person. Anyway, That's all for now. Blog Makanan di <b>Selangor</b>: bak kut teh, <b>makanan tradisional</b> - Blog <b>...</b> Posted: 16 Apr 2014 12:26 AM PDT as salam,  sedang aku menunggu si anak dara menghabiskan aktiviti kolaj dia masa perasmian PPAS ritu..... aku bacalah buku2 yang ada kat library tu kan, sambil tambah ilmu pengetahuan am..... so, aku tertariklah dengan satu buku ni..... pasal negeri Selangor, maklum, dah jadi penduduk sini kenalah ambil tau pasal negeri ni kan..... hehe  buku Selangor ada sejarah, nama2 pemerintah, senarai daerah, pakaian tradisi, kaum dan paling aku tertarik adalah pasal makanan tradisional dia..... ye lah, mana tau kan, lepas ni aku diletakkan di bawah ajk demo masak pulak kan, so adalah info yang aku boleh share..... haha so, dalam buku ni, info pasal makanan tradisional negeri Selangor yang aku dapat adalah..... v v v v v v v v v v  Bak Kut Teh adalah makanan tradisional negeri Selangor ooooo baru aku tau..... selain dari tu, ada la jugak Rojak Klang, Sate, Cendol, Mi Jawa..... tetiba teringat sate kat stadium Selayang..... dah tinggal 4 cucuk baru ingat nak snap pic..... betapa sedapnya sate tu kan..... Aisha pon makan banyak sate tu..... char kuew tiow kat situ pon sedap hingga menjilat sudu..... nak pi lagi ke situ, tapi belum kesempatan pulak..... k, sekian

Lontong Jawa Tradisional @ Kg Bagan - Blog <b>Makanan di Selangor</b> Posted: 21 Apr 2014 11:07 PM PDT Malam ni JDT lawan Pahang tapi tak best la blog pasal bola Sikit-sikit nak gaduh, sikit-sikit nak provoke... So mari kita cerita pasal makanan... Sebab semua orang suka makanan! Dan kalau cakap pasal makanan tak buat orang nak gaduh :) Sebagai seorang anak jati johor, saya nak kongsikan makanan-makanan tradisional orang Johor yang sangat sedap belaka! Pastikan anda tidak lapar sebelum scroll ke bawah :) Laksa Johor Biasanya mee yang digunakan ialah spaghetti, Class gitu orang johor ni, Kemudian kuahnya pula biasanya menggunakan ikan kembung atau ikan tenggiri Dan tak lengkap laksa Johor tanpa ulam-ulamannya Kalau di rumah LA, ada limau kasturi yang dibelah dua, taugeh,  bawang, timun, jeruk lobak, daun kesum dan daun bawang. Dan akhir sekali, letakkan sambal belacan untuk lebih sedap dan nikmat Mee Bandung  Biasanya orang tak panggil Mee Bandung Johor, tapi Mee Bandung Muar Dan sejujurnya dan merasa mee bandung di Terengganu, Selangor dan tempat lain Mee Bandung Muar tiada tandingannya ! Mee Bandung Muar ni kalau nak sedap maka perlulah lengkap ramuannya Tak boleh ada shortcut2 bahan macam sesetengah kedai buat Jadi, tak peliklah kenapa Mee Bandung Muar harganya agak mahal sedikit Mestilah cukup binatang2 dalam kuahnya seperti udang, sotong dan ayam Mestilah ada telur, telur goreng atau telur rebus bergantung pada selera masing2 Mestilah cukup pedasnya :) Soto Soto ada dua jenis iaitu soto nasi dan soto bihun Kalau LA lebih prefer soto bihun LA suka sangat kalau soto yang lengkap dengan hirisan ayamnya, sambal kicap yang pedas, kacang tanah, daun bawang dan paling penting bergedil Nasi Ambang  Subhanallah, kecur tengok gambar ni Ni memang favourite LA daripada kecik sampai sekarang Kalau offer memang tak dapat nak menolak lah senang kata Tapi sesetengah orang tak minat sebab agak complicated menunya Hidangan nasi ambang yang lengkap lebih kurang macam gambar di atas Nasi + Ayam masak merah/ kicap pedas + mee kasar + ikan masin + serunding + sambal jawa + sayur + keropok goreng Kalau datang Johor, silalah cuba nasi ambang yea? Gerenti puas hati :) Telur Pindang LA teringat saat-saat baru memulakan pengajian di Terengganu Datang kempunan nak makan telur pindang Tanyalah dekat kawan-kawan mana nak dapat Semuanya tak faham apa itu 'telur pindang' Rupa-rupanya di selatan sahaja yang ada Telur Pindang Kalau anda ke kenduri perkahwinan di negeri Johor Biasanya mereka akan memberi Telur Pindang Mengikut resipi tradisional Johor, Telur akan direbus bersama Garam, Kicap, Jintan Putih, Jintan Manis, Ketumbar,dan berbagai jenis bahan lain. Bahan tersebut adalah Kulit Bawang Merah, Kulit Bawang Putih, Serai, Daun dan isi Lengkuas, Daun Senduduk, Daun Jambu Batu dan sebagainya. Rasanya sangat sedap :) Ada juga perkhidmatan pos untuk mereka yang nak telur pindang http://telurpindangistimewa.blogspot.com/ Kacang Pool LA pun tak pasti kenapa namanya kacang pool Mungkin sebab kuahnya dalam mangkuk tu nampak macam kolam Haha tak pastilah pulak, Kalau family LA kami selalu perkena kacang pool di medan selera sebelah Bomba Larkin Try la, makanan yang simple tetapi sangat sedap :) Mee Rebus Johor Urmmm...sedap jugak ni Selalunya kalau LA Mee Rebus ni makan sarapan Sedap, yelah, takkan lah nak nasi lemak dan roti canai setiap pagi Mee Rebus Johor ni kuahnya pekat Dihidang bersama telur rebus, daun bawang, bawang goreng, tauhu dan lada hijau Kadang-kadang kalau sedap lagi ada seafood dalam mee rebus Antara yang popular di Johor Bahru adalah Mee Rebus Tulang Az dan Mee Rebus Haji Wahid Memang terkenal sangat :) silalah cuba bila datang Johor Botok-botok Haaa...kalau yang ni orang luar nampak confirm pelik Yelah, nampak comot dan serabai je kalau dihidang Tapi rasanya...ummphhh sedap lagi menyelerakan Kalau hari-hari biasa susah nak nampak botok-botok ni Selalunya semasa bulan Ramadhan yang banyak dijual di bazaar Botok-botok ni sebenarnya hidangan ikan dan ulam-ulaman yang dibalut dalam daun pisang Daun yang biasa digunakan ialah seperti pucuk ubi, pucuk betik, pucuk mengkudu,  daun kesum, daun cekur dan daun kunyit. Sajian ini dianggap berkhasiat kerana tinggi kandungan serat dan kerana ia dikukus Lontong  Kalau di Johor terdapat dua jenis lontong Lontong kuah dan Lontong kering Kalau LA lebih prefer lontong kering  Tapi kebanyakannya lebih sukakan lontong kuah Lauknya sama cuma bezanya kuah lodeh itu sahaja  Tapi variasi lauk untuk lontong kering ni lebih banyak Boleh letak rendang, sambal jawa, sambal kentang dan bergedil Biasanya dimakan untuk sarapan...nyum nyum Briyani Gam Johor Briyani Gam Johor memang terkenal dalam Malaysia Senang kata briyani yang paling wanted lah Harganya agak mahal sedikit kerana bahan-bahannya yang banyak Apa bezanya briyani biasa dengan briyani gam ni? First, pembuatannya cerewet, wajib beras basmati yang panjang-panjang tu kalau nak panggil briyani johor Dan briyani gam ni, ayam atau daging itu dimasak bersama nasi Kalau di Malaysia yang paling famous adalah di Batu Pahat iaitu Briyani Mohd Shah LA pernah pergi masa lunch, semua dah habis... gilalah.  Asam Pedas Johor Asam Pedas Muar adalah antara yang terkenal di Malaysia selain asam pedas Melaka Dan saya percaya di negeri-negeri lain pun ada asam pedas tersendiri Tetapi setiap versi asam pedas negeri ni berbeza Keistimewaan asam pedas Johor berbanding asam pedas lain adalah kepekatannya Asam pedas di Johor di pekatnya lain macamMemang pekat dan secukup rasa...  Kalau di Johor Bahru antara yang sedap adalah Asam pedas Anisofea di Mount Austin dan Asam Pedas Tasik Johor Bahru Kemudian, asam pedas Melaka ada Lada hitam, asam pedas Johor tak ada Selalunya untuk penambah rasa dan bau, diletakkan daun kesum, daun limau purut atau bunga kantan Dan untuk sayur-sayuran, tomato, bendi atau terung Otak-Otak Haaaa ni lagi satu makanan anak Johor sejati Makanan yang simple dan dihidangkan di serata Johor Otak-otak... dan yang paling terkenal ialah otak-otak Kempas Otak-otak ni isi ikan yang berempah Tempat lain pun ada juga kalau tak silap Cuma kalau di Johor ni pedas rasanya :) Dan berbeza dengan negeri lain Otak-otak boleh dijumpai hampir di semua kedai makan malam di sini Air Kathira Air Kathira/Katira memang popular sangat di Johor Kalau di Johor yang sangat famous adalah Air Kathira Abu Bakar Air Kathira ni ada 'isi-isi'nya seperti biji selasih, katira, kembang semangkuk dan sebagainya. Mengikut kata-kata orang Johor Lama, air Katira yang asli mempunyai sekurang-kurangnya 7 ramuan Itu sahaja buat masa ini, ada masa update lagi :)
